The short version. We keep your email and name so you can sign in, and a record of what you downloaded. Your photographs are turned into a file and then discarded — we do not keep them.

What we hold

Email, name and Google account identifier — so you can sign in and so a subscription can be attached to you.
Subscription and credit history — what you bought and what is left.
Download records — which product and when, to count an allowance.

Your photographs

A photograph uploaded for a lithophane or spiral art is processed into a height map, used to build the model, and then deleted. We do not store your photographs.

Your photograph is used to build the model you asked for and is then discarded. It is not kept, not backed up, and not sent anywhere else.

Payments

Card details never reach us. Dodo Payments handle payment as merchant of record and we receive only your email, the plan and its status.

What we never do

We do not sell your data, we do not advertise to you, and there are no third-party analytics or tracking cookies. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.

Your rights

Ask and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Deleting your account removes your email, name and history. Email craft3d.in@gmail.com.
