A full refund within 14 days of a payment, if you have downloaded no more than five files in that period. Beyond five, the plan has been used, and we would rather cancel your renewal than argue.
Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not refund the current period by default, but if you cancelled the same day it renewed, ask — we will refund it.
Unused credits are refundable within 14 days. Spent ones are not, since the file has been delivered.
No time limit and no download count if a file will not open, a model is broken, or the site did not do what it said. Tell us what happened and we will fix it or refund it.

Filament, printer time, or a print that did not come out as you hoped. We supply files; how they print depends on your machine and settings. Do a test print first.
