Craft3d is operated by an individual sole trader in India. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record — your contract for the payment is with them, and their name is what appears on your statement.
Signing in uses Google. We never see or store your Google password. You are responsible for what happens under your account; do not share it.
Allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over. If you use up a Maker allowance mid-month you can buy credits to carry on, or move to Pro.
Files are generated automatically and supplied as they are. We cannot guarantee that any particular design prints well on your printer, in your material, at your settings. Test prints are on you. Thin features — a star's points, fine lettering, a lithophane's palest areas — are the usual culprits.
Unlimited means unlimited for one person working normally. Automated bulk downloading, reselling access, or sharing an account is not that, and we may suspend an account doing it. We will contact you before we do.
We may change prices or plans. Existing subscribers keep their price for the current period and will be told before a renewal at a new one.
Cancel whenever you like; the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We may close an account that breaches the licence.
